Low Cost Bankruptcy Centers of America (LCBC) is owned and operated by LeadQ Group LLC, Bellevue, WA. By becoming a featured affiliate and receiving consultation request inquiries directly from LCBC campaigns, you agree to follow and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To be a featured affiliate law firm with LCBC, you agree to offer attorney fees for representing clients filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy at a lower rate than some other attorneys in your same market area. You do not have to offer the lowest attorney fee. To the best of your knowledge, you must be aware that there are other attorneys in your market that charge higher fees than your law firm for same services.
You also agree to offer payment plans to clients for your attorney fees. You may charge whatever down payment you believe is reasonable and fair, and collect payments from clients on whatever schedule your firm decides.
Furthermore, you also agree to provide a free initial consultation to potential clients with interest in filing bankruptcy who contact your firm. You may prequalify prospects prior to offering a free consultation, and may provide the consultation in person or via phone. There is no requirement for consultation length.
Your law firm must have a practicing attorney with experience in bankruptcy law, and agree to perform legal services in full accordance with bar standards in your state.
You must reply to all inquiries received from the featured affiliate campaign within a reasonable time, generally within 24 hours, or the following Monday if the inquiry was received on a weekend. No other law firm has access to a call or email made to your law firm from the campaign site. Phone inquiries are made via a tracking number which redirects to your law firm’s business phone number. All calls are recorded and recordings are accessible only to LeadQ Group for tracking purposes. Inquiries generated from the Site are not intended to create an attorney-client relationship. All communication sent to your law firm via the Site is not confidential and would not create an attorney-client relationship.
All inquiries generated via the Site are accessible only to the law firm that the inquiry was directed to, and LeadQ Group, and will not be shared with, sold to or rented to any additional third-party.
LeadQ Group makes no guarantee, either express or implied, about how many inquiries a specific law firm may receive via the featured affiliate campaign. The number of inquiries generated is entirely up to visitor discretion. LeadQ Group makes no guarantee that emails sent from the Site will be delivered to your law firm email address, as other factors, such as internet traffic and spam filters, may interrupt deliverability and are beyond the control of the sender.
Featured Affiliate offer is available to one law firm per market only. If a desired market has already been taken, a firm may replace the original law firm’s free participation by signing up for an Exclusive Client Generation Campaign in which the replacement firm agrees to pay a simple flat fee per Qualified New Client Inquiry generated to the law firm by LeadQ Group, and also becomes the new Featured Affiliate. Exclusive Campaign law firms cannot be replaced by newly applying Featured Affiliate law firms in the same market.
